You might already be dehydrated.
暑(あつ)い日(ひ)は、のどが渇(かわ)いていなくても、何度(なんど)も水(みず)を飲(の)んでください。
暑(あつ)いのにのどが渇(かわ)いていない時(とき)は、特(とく)に気(き)をつけてください。
脱水状態(だっすいじょうたい)になっているかもしれません。
