Consultation Services for Foreign Residents
The Kawagoe International Center offers consultation services targeting citizens with overseas nationality.
You are encouraged to use these services if you experience troubles or misunderstandings in your everyday life in Kawagoe. Please be aware that other than the general consultation, these sessions will be held in Japanese. Persons requiring interpretation are requested to bring a capable interpreter along. If you cannot locate an interpreter, please consult with the International Center ahead of time.

who must actually resolve your problem. Please keep this important point
