Klasse Kawagoe is a six-facility complex that houses Kawagoe International Center — a key base for promoting international exchange in Kawagoe City. Klasse Kawagoe is six stories with 2,641.19 square meters of total floor space. The library contains some 46,000 books and 15,000 audio-visual tapes. The Children’s Activity Center is equipped with a play and exercise room, meeting room, library room, outdoor court and other facilities. The Women’s Activities Support Plaza is also located here (with a special counseling room to meet the needs of female residents and offering many services), as is the International Center (with an Internet Corner, overseas newspaper room, etc.), and the Multipurpose Hall for artistic activities, light exercise workouts and for other purposes.
